The Restaurant du Sauvage serves a comforting and generous bistronomic cuisine signed by the young chef Andrea Vergani. On the menu, we find classic and revisited dishes with a Mediterranean note that echo the Chef’s Italian roots. A 5-course degustation menu and a beautiful wine list will satisfy any bon vivant while the menu of the week served at noon will satisfy the hungriest appetites.
